Book a seven-night catered holiday from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. We also welcome 5–6-night stays and alternative arrival dates by arrangement, subject to availability.

Easy access to the lifts

The free ski shuttle stops just a two-minute walk from the chalet. Linga and Pré-la-Joux are only a few minutes away, offering quick access towards Avoriaz and the wider Portes du Soleil ski area.

Mountain food, globally inspired

Our menu brings together Alpine favourites and mountain-inspired dishes from around the world. Our standard seven-night stay includes daily breakfast, afternoon tea, six home-cooked dinners and wine served with dinner.

Our catered evenings bring together Alpine favorites and mountain-inspired dishes from around the world, served in a relaxed chalet setting.

Breakfast, afternoon tea, six evening meals and wine with dinner are included, with children’s meals and dietary requirements handled by arrangement where possible.

Hosted by the Friend family

Alpine Friends is run by Luke and Grace Friend, together with their daughters, Florence and Roseanna. We are an English family based in France, with years of experience in ski resorts, chalet hosting and mountain hospitality.

Our aim is to offer a relaxed, well-looked-after catered chalet stay: clear communication before you arrive, practical help during your week, good food, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere at the end of each day.

You will be hosted personally by us throughout your stay, so the week feels friendly, organised and easy from start to finish.

Practical support throughout your stay

A catered chalet holiday should feel easy, not like another week of organising. Before you arrive, we can help with practical details such as ski hire, lift passes, ski lessons, transfers and local recommendations.

During your stay, we are on hand for everyday questions, weather and ski-area advice, restaurant suggestions for the chalet night off, and the small details that help the week run more easily.
